The property

This charming independent apartment is located in a compound that houses another apartment, but enjoys total privacy, as if it were a small house. Upon entering, you will find an open kitchen that connects with the living room, creating a cozy and functional space. The apartment has a bathroom and a private room, ideal for resting.

Climbing the stairs, you will reach the roof terrace, a lovely furnished space where you can relax outdoors, enjoying views and tranquility.

In addition, the terrace has a small pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sun.

Inside, you will find a closet that houses the washing machine, adding comfort and functionality to your stay. The apartment has a cozy terrace to enjoy outdoors.

Neighbourhood

Located in the Pineda neihborhood of Castelldefels, a residential, calm and safe neighborhood next to the beach.

Near to bars and restaurants. Neighborhood of single-family houses and low-rise apartment buildings, plenty of green and next to the beach, which extends 5km to each side of the property.

The area is well comunicated throught private and public transport.

Transport

To get to the accommodation, around the area, or go on an excursion, you have several options:

You can drive, as there is a highway just 5 minutes away that takes you to Barcelona in about 20 minutes.

There are also several bus lines available:

• Some that travel along the more than 10 kilometers of beach before heading to Barcelona L94
• Others that take you to the town of Castelldefels, a typical small Spanish town with a lively downtown area, with the town hall square and the Rambla full of bars and restaurants. And also many more services, more concentrated L96

There are also trains available that offer a quick 20-minute trip to the heart of Barcelona. The R2 train line can take you to:

• Sants Station, which is the largest train station in Catalonia. It offers numerous connections with the metro, urban and interurban buses, has all of Catalonia's train lines, and access to the AVE.
• Paseo de Gracia Station, right in the center of Barcelona, next to monuments such as La Pedrera and Casa Milà, or a lively walk through areas such as La vila de Gràcia, the Rambla, or the Barri Gòtic.

You have two train stations nearby:

• Castelldefels Station, in the town, where trains pass every 10 minutes or so.
• Platja de Castelldefels Station, which serves the beach area and where trains pass every half hour.
