The space
The house is newly renovated with high quality materials. It is a very spacious house where all the spaces are large. From the street you access the house via several steps in the garden.
On the first floor we find 1 double room with a bunk bed and a bathroom next to it with a shower, this room has a small desk, 2 suites with a double bed with a desk and a bathroom with a shower, the kitchen with a table with 4 chairs and fully equipped, the living room and a terrace.
On the lower floor down some stairs there is 1 suite with a double bed and bathroom with shower and desk, 1 suite with 2 single beds, desk and bathroom with shower, 1 suite with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower and 1 room with 2 single beds and bathroom with shower next door. Leaving the house there are 2 areas with table and chairs and going down some stairs there is a large garden with barbecue, the swimming pool, men's and women's changing rooms with showers, unisex bathroom, pergola, sun loungers, tables and chairs.

Other notable aspects
Smoking is prohibited inside the house (even with windows open). The house must be returned in the same order condition as it was delivered, without having changed furniture. The kitchen must be delivered clean and tidy. The windows should be closed if you are going to be outside the house all day in case it rains to prevent water from entering that could damage the floor. Non-contracted events or celebrations are not permitted, nor are guests allowed who are not declared in the reservation. The capacity must be the one agreed upon in the reservation. Neighborhood rest must be respected. Very quiet area. You cannot park vehicles on the street, you must leave them on the street next to the house about 50 meters walking in a free zone, you are allowed to stop for a few minutes to unload or load the vehicle. - For groups of young people, consult before booking
