Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the booking and use of the tourist apartments managed by Holiday Castelldefels through this website.

2. Booking and payment

The booking is confirmed once payment is made by credit or debit card through Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your stay.

On certain bookings you may pay part of the amount when booking and the remainder 30 days before the arrival date. Where this applies, the amount of each payment and the exact date of the second charge are shown explicitly before you complete the booking, and you authorise at that point the charge of the remaining amount to the same card. The charge is made automatically, with nothing required on your side.

If the charge cannot be completed (for example, if your bank requires additional authentication or the card has expired), you will be notified by email with a link to complete the payment. Bookings made less than 30 days before arrival are paid in full at the time of booking.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown is the total price for the selected period, with no hidden charges other than the optional extras you may choose to add.

4. Cancellation policy

The refund percentage applies to the accommodation price:

• Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 100% refund.
• Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: no refund of the accommodation.

Right to change your mind. Regardless of the above, you are entitled to a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, provided at least 14 days remain before check-in.

Amounts always refunded. The cleaning fee and any extras purchased (transfers, early check-in, late check-out and similar) are refunded in full in every case, whenever you cancel, as they are services that are not provided.

How to cancel. From your guest area, in your booking details, or by writing to reservas@holidaycastelldefels.com quoting your reference number. The request is reviewed and confirmed by Holiday Castelldefels. The refund is calculated using the date on which you submit the request, so no delay in processing can work against you.

Exceptional circumstances. In force majeure situations (government restrictions, declared health emergencies, natural disasters or armed conflict), contact us and we will assess your case individually.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article 103.l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation service contracts for a specific date or period, which is the case for this booking.

This does not affect the cancellation policy described in the previous section, which applies in every case regardless of this clause.

6. Guest obligations

• Respect community rules and the maximum occupancy of the apartment.
• No parties or activities that disturb the neighbours' rest.
• Return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness in which it was received.
• Report any damage immediately.

7. Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out before 11:00. Changes to these times are subject to availability and must be agreed in advance.

8. Liability

The guest is liable for any damage caused to the apartment during the stay, as well as for any damage arising from a breach of these terms.

Holiday Castelldefels is liable for damages attributable to it under applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to the guest by mandatory consumer legislation.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, a guest acting as a consumer may bring the matter before the courts that correspond under the applicable law, and these terms do not impose submission to any other jurisdiction. The dispute may also be referred to the Spanish consumer arbitration boards (Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo) or to any other competent alternative dispute resolution body.
